Less Bad

Setting goals is straight forward enough, right?
It’s easy enough to think so, but in reality we’re biologically hardwired to take so many mental shortcuts that are antithetical to setting clear goals and achieving them.
Luckily, we can become less bad at goal setting.

  • Learn 3 (or 11) ways to be less bad at setting goals. Pick your flavor(s) and put them into practice with real life case studies!

  • Take away powerful tools and templates to help you and your team(s) set better goals, achieve them, and learn a great deal in the process

  • Neither evil nor malicious, "wickedness" here means defined by extreme complexity. At wicked workshops we help participants see complexity and tame it.

It's not just big societal problems like poverty and inequality that are wicked. Many work problems are wicked too. Our brain is hardwired to oversimplify problems, but in the age of A.I it's critical that we build skill in seeing and working responsibly with complexity.

  • All are welcome on a first-come-first-serve basis. We keep events small so that everyone has a chance to have a voice and learn by participating.

We will help you orient towards the tools and techniques that we use; No prior experience working with wicked problems (or working on Miro) required.
