Most non-profits want more consistency & volume when it comes to revenue. In your case, one of your key "customer" groups is your donors / funding partners, and your product is whatever they require to reliably show up and donate.

Do I have to participate or can I just watch?
You're invited to ask questions and/or ask for support from the host and other participants, but there's no need to share anything with the group in order to benefit from the guided co-work.
